Introduction
This SIG conference held on June 16-17, 2025 in Swansea was a chance for researchers and industry members in the field of digital twins to work together with our SIG leads. This conference aimed to be a collaborative event where attendees had the opportunity to shape future research within our SIG Groups, network and collaborate with fellow researchers, and learn about new projects within the field of Digital Twins. Expect more announcements from the outcomes of this event soon.
About the event
This SIG conference was intended to help our SIG Groups solidify their activity and research plans as we moved further into the development of our Digital Twins Network Plus. The aim of the conference was to bring together researchers, industry representatives and policymakers to develop and advise SIG Groups on research focuses and cross-collaboration opportunities that best meet the impact goals of the individual SIGs.
